When you’re rocking Death Stranding’s Bridge Baby to sleep via your DualShock 4 controller, you’ll be able to hear its cries from the device itself.
In a tweet on Sept. 27, designer Hideo Kojima tweeted that BB’s voice will come through the DualShock 4 controller when playing Death Stranding. It sounds like a setting you’ll be able to turn off if you’re creeped out by your controller crying — we won’t judge you.
“By setting, you’ll be able to have BB’s voice coming out from this BBish controller,” Kojima tweeted alongside an impressive string of emojis, including a bunch of sea animals and a skull. The Death Stranding developer specifically called out this option with the special edition Death Stranding bundle controller, but a Sony representative told Polygon that it’s not limited to the bundle.
